We understand that there may be instances where you may need to return, exchange, or request a refund for your order. Eligibility for Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request visual proof of the issue to proceed with the return, refund, or exchange.
  • Misprinted or Incorrect Items: In the event of a misprinted product or if you receive an item with the wrong design, size, or color, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request visual proof of the issue to proceed with the return, refund, or exchange.
Process
  • To receive detailed instructions, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order at hello @ jeepkin.com. They will guide you through the return, refund or exchange process, as applicable. Please do not ship your purchase back until you hear back from our customer support team.
Note:
  • All items to be returned must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.
  • Any shipping costs/duties and taxes are non-refundable.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment only.
  • All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds, unless there is an error on our part.
